The Sew Steady Portable Table is a clear 18" x 24" Perspex top that can be cut to fit any sewing machine. The table surface is positioned flush with the free arm to create a larger work area. Please note the 18" Sew Steady Table can be used with the Tiltable (feet are not supplied, please contact us for further information)

The benefit of the larger area is that if you are piecing fabric you can lay out the pieces on the table prior to piecing. When quilting you have a larger area so that fabric does not pull on the needle. It creates a two-level surface so that items such as scissors, pins, etc can be kept easily to hand and can be seen through the clear perspex table.
