A very strong, paper-backed, iron-on adhesive designed for clothing, craft and home dec project where sewing is not required after fusing (it can gum up the needle).

Place the wadding with the coated side on the wrong side of the fabric. Cover with a damp cloth and press each area for about 15 seconds, without pressing the iron too hard. Iron setting: Wool/Cotton. Allow the pieces to cool flat for about 30 minutes, so that the adhesive can set properly.

We strongly recommend that you attach a small piece to a fabric remnant with your iron first to make sure that the hold and the adhesion meet your expectations.

A water soluble basting adhesive that can be used on fabric, leather, vinyl, felt and paper.

This Bookbinding Glue is recommended for our Box Making Kits. There are plenty of craft glues on the market, but are they right for boxmaking? If the glue is too runny it will seep through the fabric and ruin the appearance. Too tacky and you will end up with stringy bits around the seams and corners. We have found this bookbinding glue to be perfect for the job. Spread it thinly onto the card and smooth over the fabric for a strong and quick-drying result. The 250 gram tub will complete about five projects.

It is not essential to glue stitches in place, but it does help to prevent tangling and unravelling.
