Priority Service
We aim to despatch the same business day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 9am and the next business day for orders received after 9am. Your goods will be despatched using Royal Mail First Class or a similar service. This service is subject to product availability and/or size restrictions on some products (such as quilting frames).
Special Delivery
We aim to despatch the same business day (Monday to Friday) for orders received before 9am and the next business day for orders received after 9am. Your goods will be despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery that guarantees delivery before 1pm on the day after depatch (by Monday if despatched on a Friday). It is available to most areas of the UK. Special delivery is not available for same day despatch on Saturday or Sunday.This service is subject to product availability and/or size restrictions on some products (such as quilting frames).
Orders for a large selection of fabric cut to order may take longer to process but we will advise you in this case. It is important that you provide a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if we need to discuss delivery of your order.
BFPO orders: postage and packing is charged at actual cost.

Overseas Orders.
Postage charges to Overseas destinations will depend upon the weight and volume of the items ordered and the Country to which they are delivered. The charge will be shown in the checkout after you have selected the delviery Country.
If the item is very light the goods may be sent by International Airmail (this is not a trackable service). For all other orders delivery will be via UPS which is a trackable service. Delivery by UPS service in Europe is usually within 2-5 days of despatch. Customers will be sent a tracking number via the email address provided on their order.
Because of the amount of lost packages and undelivered packages we now only use UPS for all orders to Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Saudia Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

Wadding Orders to Overseas Destinations From April 2013
We have been able to negotiate a better shipping rate for our customers with our courier. This is especially of benefit to European customers who wish to purchase wadding. Because of the fact that wadding was not heavy but occupied a large space then wadding orders were often expensive because of the shipping costs. This is no longer the case and below is an example order to help illustrate this.
If for example a queen size wadding, 2 metres of fabric, a book and a jelly roll were ordered this would incur the following shipping charge.
To Ireland £18.70
To Belgium, Luxembourg or Netherlands £19.60
To France, Germany or Monaco £20
To Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Portugal, Spain or Sweden £21
If 2 further queen size waddings were added to the order, the shipping costs would not increase.
