This Bias Tape Maker from Simplicity, with a built-in iron, will fold and press flat bias strips into single fold bias tape at the push of a button. It is suitable for cotton, silk, light weight wool, light weight Home Dec fabrics and more.

The machine is supplied with a tip to make 1” single fold bias tape, but other tips are available that easily snap into place. Of particular interest to patchworkers is the Quilt Binding Tip (10456) that will quickly fold 2½” strips in half to use for binding a quilt. If left on it automatically shuts off after 10 minutes.
