Jacquelines quilting life began in 1978 when she saw a magazine picture of a Log Cabin-pattern quilt and made her first quilt. She was hooked and, being a creative person, developed her skills over the years.
Jacqueline uses paper piecing techniques to construct her quilts that are based on traditional designs but with a contemporary and colorful twist. They have been displayed worldwide and have won international awards.
She has lectured and conducted workshops throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. She loves to share her enthusiasm with others, She loves to share her enthusiasm for my designs with others, showing that quilts that may seem difficult in a picture are actually not that hard after all and so bringing them to a different and higher level where they can find their own artistic skills.
We have a selection of Jacquelines fabulous quilt kits available. If you are an intermediate patchworker an ideal starting point would be one of her Happiness quilt kits. Happiness is a small wall hanging 38" x 38" square, but the construction covers 13 techniques that she uses in all her designs. Once you have made Happiness you can handle them all!
The larger designs are recommended for more experienced patchworkers or anyone who has completed a Happiness quilt and wants to try something more adventurous!
