In 1979 Mr Yoshio Okada, the founder of Olfa, invented the rotary cutter. This cleverly designed cutter literally reshaped quilting and crafting. Combining a rotary cutter with a cutting mat and acrylic ruler has elevated patchwork from a tricky and time-consuming challenge to a quicker and far, far more enjoyable process
