Current Ordering Changes
We ship throughout the UK, Channel Islands, Europe and other overseas destinations (see below).Despatch for orders is currently approximately 2-3 working days. Parcels are normally sent by Royal Mail.
Priority, Special Delivery and European ordering is currently suspended we apologise for any inconvenience and will reinstate them as soon as possible.
Click and Collect Orders
If you are a local customer or are passing by, you can select 'Collect from Cotton Patch' from the postage categories when you check out. Just fill in your Invoice Address, you do not need to enter a different delivery address. When you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation as normal. When your order has been picked and charged you will then receive another email with a Collection Code. Once you have this code you can collect your order from the shop between 10am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Please refer to your order confirmation email for full details.United Kingdom Orders
The Cotton Patch is based in the United Kingdom. Below are the postage rates for the UK.Please note Guernsey and Jersey are not part of the UK and so please see the Overseas Destinations for postage details.

The Cotton Patch reserves the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination or the bulk, weight value of the item being shipped. If this is the case we will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the amended amount is acceptable.
Orders for a large selection of fabric cut to order may take longer to process but we will advise you in this case. It is important that you provide a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if we need to discuss delivery of your order.
UK Standard Service (1)
You should receive your order in approximately 1-3 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note that if you place an order after 11am on a Friday your order will be downloaded on the following Monday and in that case Monday will be the first processing day.
UK Priority Service (2)
Despatched the same business day (Mon-Fri) for orders received before 9am and the next business day for orders recieved after 9am. Orders placed after 9am on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched until Monday. This service is subject to product availability and/or size restrictions. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail First Class
UK Special Delivery (3)
Despatched the same business day (Mon-Fri) for orders received before 9am and the next business day for orders recieved after 9am. Orders placed after 9am on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched until Monday. This service is subject to product availability and/or size restrictions. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier
Delayed Mail
The Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days, but please allow 15 working days for delivery before contacting us. This is the timescale quoted by Royal Mail before they will allow a claim for non-delivery
BFPO orders: postage and packing is charged at actual cost.

European UnionAll European Union countries.
There is a minimum order value of £15 ex vat on overseas orders. Tthe price you pay is without VAT at the point of sale but you "the customer" are responsible for paying any taxes and duty that may be liable. This will usually be collected by the postal service in your country before they release the goods to you.
Orders on the website are displayed in £ and are inclusive of UK VAT of 20%. During checkout when the destination country has been selected the correct tax exclusive price to be paid will be displayed.

Orders to the Channel Islands, orders are normally sent via Royal Mail, larger or more valuable orders may be sent via courier.
Australia, Canary Islands, Iceland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, USA
There is a minimum order value of £15. The minimum postage charge is £20. Orders on the website are displayed in £ and are inclusive of UK VAT. These orders will be VAT free. During checkout when the destination country has been selected the correct tax exclusive price to be paid will be displayed. Customers will be liable for any import duties that may arise and these may well be due to the courier company who will forward to the appropriate authorities.
