Dark Diamonds Quilt. As featured in Kaffe Fassett's Quilts in London book.
Diamonds, in this case 60 degree diamonds, set in horizontal rows in different prints, merge and blend together to give a delightful ombre effect. This rich purple patchwork melds blues and greens into purple and back again.
Our kit includes all the fabric required to make the quilt top and binding (backing not included). Any fabrics that have been discontinued by the manufacturer will be replaced by a carefully selected substitute. A copy of Quilts in London book is required for the instructions. If you pre‐order Quilts in London, your kit will be despatched with the book.
Finished size: 81" x 79" (206cm x 201cm)
Backing fabric is not included. You can find our range of Kaffe Fassett Collective wide backing fabrics here.
Your chosen backing will be despatched along with your kit. Suggested quantity of an Extra Wide 108" fabric is 2.5m (10 units)

Challenging and rewarding
I bought this even though it was intermediate level. Getting the diamond points to line up was really tricky and so was the fabric cutting. But it has received such glowing reports - great design by Kaffe Fassett who never disappoints on vibrancy. Extremely pleased with the final result.
