Classes Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions:
•Bookings must be made in advance and be accompanied by full payment.
•A refund can only be given for classes with UKbased teachers if four weeks' notice of cancellation is received (less a £5 cost for administration). For teachers that are from overseas monies can only be refunded if someone else can fill the place as airfares will be incurred. Monies cannot be transferred to another class and we recommend that if you are travelling a distance or have booked on a series of classes that you consider travel insurance in case of eventualities.
•Occasionally due to a lack of demand or exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel a class. If we cancel a full refund will be given (for the class fee).
•We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to student's property.
•Parking is available at the rear of the property please park at The Studio rather than at the front of the shop.
•Full details on requirements for the courses together with a map of the parking and access to the Studio will be sent with your booking confirmation.
•Materials are not included unless stated otherwise.
•For fullday workshops please bring a packed lunch with you. Waitrose is close by if required.
