Pick a Petal Template of the Month by Jen Kingwell

Starting in the Spring 2025, Jen Kingwell is hosting 'Template of the Month' programme to create this pretty 72" square Pick a Petal quilt
Most of the fabrics for the quilt are from her forthcoming Mixed Bag of Lollies and Mixed Bag of Bonbons fabric collections, from Moda.

The Lollies feature 8 unique designs across the width of the fabric, so 64 designs over 8 cuts. This playful mix of print and colour helps to achieve Jen's signature scrappy style.
The Bonbons are single prints in a selection of versatile, low volume designs that provide the perfect background for the lollies.

We are offering a 6 month subscription to the Pick a Petal programme, which includes:

• Monthly videos from Jen with tips & tricks for the blocks that month
• Access to a private Facebook group moderated by Jen Kingwell Designs. This is a space for the Pick a Petal community to share their progress, help troubleshoot problems, discuss their own methods of sewing the blocks and connect with like-minded people
• 12-month free access to Jen's online Hand Piecing and Applique workshops
• Monthly fabrics, patterns and templates (no template in Month 4) from the Cotton Patch. The programme will run from May to October 2025 (providing the fabrics arrive from Moda on time)

In addition you will need 2 yards of additional fabrics from your stash, no more than a fat 1/16 of a yard of each fabric, for some of the applique work. If you do not have the suitable fabrics we will have an optional pack of Quilters Coordinates fabrics at a 30% discount for Pick a Petal subscribers and available to purchase at any time during the programme.

The total programme cost is £287.70. £30 non-refundable deposit payable on sign up with six further payments of £42.95

Each instalment you will receive an email from PayPal or The Cotton Patch to pay, dependent on the method that you paid the deposit with.
